Florence PD arrest man for secretly filming inside a women’s bathroom at a medical facility

Florence, Kentucky – A man was arrested and charged for secretly filming inside a women’s bathroom at a medical facility in Florence, announced by the Florence Police Department. The incident occurred at St. Elizabeth Physicians on Ewing Blvd. Authorities were alerted on Tuesday after a phone was discovered actively recording in the restroom.

The individual who found the phone handed it to a staff member, who was able to identify the owner as 38-year-old Adam Duane. During questioning, Duane confessed to police that he had purposefully set up the recording in the bathroom and had erased it before they could seize it.

Furthermore, Duane disclosed that he had been secretly recording in various restrooms over several years and had also deleted those recordings. Following his admission, police transported Duane to the Boone County Detention Center.

  • Video Voyeurism
  • Tampering with Physical Evidence
